"When a problem comes along, you must whip it. Before the cream sits out too long, you must whip it." -Devo
Today, I’m going to show you how to make Keto Jello Yogurt Whips, so, obviously, I have Devo’s“Whip It“stuck in my head. They really were a highlight of the 1980s. They were just unabashedly and utterly strange. And they wore wonderful hats.

Would this work with regular yogurt? I'm not a fan of Greek yogurt but LOVE yogurt fluffs!
Thanks!★★★★★

My family has made this for years, but without whipping it. I like the idea of the whip to make it lighter. You can use almost any combination, though orange jello with lime yogurt is an odd, brown color 😋 We frequently top with fresh fruit. Whenever I make it I think of my mom.

So happy that this recipe brought back good memories. There is a recipe that is very similar to this one in my grandmother's Joys of Jello cookbook. So many good recipes from my childhood in that book!

Yields only 1/4 cup per serving? That's like two bites!

What are you talking about? The serving size is 1 cup.

At the bottom it says serving size 1 cup, but at the top it says it yields 4 servings. Since it only makes one cup total (as the prepared jello liquid gets mixed with only one cup of yogurt), I would make the same assumption that one serving is only 1/4 cup. Which yes, is very small. The recipe should be edited for clarity.

Thanks for this comment. The error was actually in the ingredient list. It should have listed the 1 cup yogurt that you use in step 4. So there are 2 3/4 cups of liquid that you then blend air into, creating a volume of 4 cups. Thanks again for you comment, sorry for the error.

I made this yesterday with light vanilla yogurt. I did leave it in the fridge too long, but it didn't seem to hurt it. I used Lime jello. Super easy and delicious.

I want to try this. If you have a local Kroger store they sale a low carb yogurt that’s really good.

Yes! I keep hearing about their low carb yogurt. I really wish I had one nearby, so I could try it. The good news is that these Jello whips using Greek yogurt have just 2g carbs per serving. If you used the low carb yogurt, you could maybe get them down to less than 1g. I guess the benefit in using low carb yogurt would be that you could double or triple the size of the servings and not feel bad about it. And, if we’re being honest, I always eat more than the recommend serving. They are just so good! Thanks for the yogurt tip though. I really appreciate you writing in and sharing that.
