_Announcing the winners of the North First Street Award_A few months ago, when Silicon Valley Bank failed, a few of us -- who were getting heroic support from employees at SVB, and had in some cases for years -- circulated a request for the community of SVB customers to nominate the people at SVB who did extraordinary work.We called it the "North First Street Award" in honor of SVB's first office (where it turns out one of our winners actually started his career at the bank!).Now that the dust has settled, we're thrilled to announce the two winners of the North First Street Award:Vera ShokinaJim MarshallCongratulations to you both. Many employees of SVB are themselves customers, so they're also welcome to enter nominations for their peers.
