The check in process was quick and even though the hotel is huge there are plenty of signs to find your way to the right elevators and get to your room. The room was really nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. However when we went to use the shower as soon as I touched the handle it broke so I suspect the previous occupants broke it and just placed it back together. I called the front desk right away and they said someone would be right up .... we waited about half hour and then called again and spoke to someone else who said the carpenters dont work at night so no one was coming and they will fix it the next day... we were only staying the one night and she said not to worry when we checkout we wont be charged for it, but it was annoying having a broken shower handle and having to wait around for someone that obviously was never coming. Also I am still waiting for my deposit to be released so hoping they havent now charged me for what was already broken. We enjoyed the ****** and food options in the Luxor. But when we checked out the next morning they said they would help us out with some vouchers and they sold us on discounted tickets to see cirqu du solei. After we paid for the tickets we were told we would receive an extra discount/partial refund and have to pick up the tickets by going to another location and listening to a presentation. He told us not to answer any questions to make it as quick as possible so should only take an hour. I admit we thought this was strange but he told us the hotel had opened a new resort and this wad just there way of trying to get everyone to see it and hope they will stay in the new resort in the future. So we got an uber to the place and it seemed dodgy, the staff ushered us in and gave us a form to complete, I refused to tell them how much we earned and they didnt like that. So after another lady came over and tried to convince us to tell them they accepted we wouldnt tell them but they said they wouldnt give us the presentation or our gifts because of it. We filled in another form or declaration and managed to get our money back but the whole experience was horrible and was a huge scam. 100% avoid any vouchers or discounts as the hotel staff are just trying to hustle you and get all your information, it is a pyramid scheme trying to sell time shares and we were lucky we got out of it, although it was not an enjoyable part of our holiday and the uber ride there and back was a waste of money.I wouldnt stay here again. There are nicer hotels and resorts all along the ***** that are in better locations.

My leisure, libation, fun, enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

Great value in a great location. It’s not as sleek as the newer hotels but it’s got its own charm - especially for those who have been to Vegas over the decades. The Tournament of Kings dinner and show is a must. Game was surprisingly nice and the buffet was good value for what you can find on the *****.

First trip to Vegas after wife passed last August. Chose this hotel because it was the first place we stayed downtown. We had been coming to Vegas for many years and started to stay downtown. We have stayed here many times over the years. I checked in at 5:00 about on July 31 and stayed to August 4th. Check-in was fast and easy. The employee at check-in was ok. I spoke to 2 other front desk employees during my visit. Once to get a boarding pass printed off. Lin I believe was her name she was excellent and very friendly fun to talk to. Also at check-out at 3:45 AM. Another very friendly person considering the time. Check-out was simple. Food: Ate both at Magnoils and the Chicago Brewery. Had breakfast at Magnolis the food and service was great. Chicago Brewery was also excellent. Had Chicago Dog is was excellent. The bartenders were very friendly and fun to talk to. Loved being able to play video poker and eat and have a few beers. Very pleasant experience. Beverage service: Not a big drinker, but the severs were excellent and friendly. For me they came often enough. Table Games: Did not play much they seemed friendly what I observed. $10 and 15 table limits. I was there during the week. During the week table games close from 4AM to 8AM. Room: I was on the 5th floor by the elevator. Nice and close. I was on the quiet side, which is nice, but did not matter to me. Room had a coffee maker. One of the 2 elevators were out, but could use the service elevator so it did not make that much of difference. I did not have any real issues. My floor was very quiet and did see hardly anybody. When I arrived my room was very clean and did not have any housekeeping come into room, Did not feel it was necessary. The housekeepers I ran into seemed friendly. No issues in my room everything was great, beds were fine. ****** itself was clean for the most part, and the service friendly for me. A variety of machines new and old. I did not sit at either of the bars. My observation was people were having a good time. I had a very pleasant stay considering the situation. It was difficult without my wife, but the friendly staff helped. As everyone knows of course no resort fee and 4 Queens' is right in the middle of downtown. I would stay here again if I decide to return. Thanks again to the staff.

Loved our stay at the Mirage, however; There was no coffee maker and no microwave which was a bummer because we had leftovers that would have been so much better heated up The pool, restaurants and Beatles Cirque show were all fantastic!! Our waitress at the pool “Heather” was a total SUPERSTAR. Fast, efficient and super nice

No breakfast, but the room is very large and fully equipped. It is also close to the Paragon fountain. It is highly recommended if you do not go to the casino. Parking can only be valet, and tipping is theoretically required.

To all my reader's who are reading this. My stay @ the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip was too short but still a great spot to stay. Some of the features of the room that I liked was the 2 layer curtains that had one to block out the glare and the other to completely block out all light from coming in. I also like the spacious mini fridge. I put a whole pizza box in there for the leftover pizza I ate the next morning being my concert. The view of the Festival entrance was great, especially at night with all the colorful lighting. It was also walking distance to my concert. They also have a marketplace which was convenient for me to buy drinks, ice cream and pizza and more. I recommend this place if you have a nearby event by the hotel and cause its very clean in the rooms and its private but also come with glass ware, microwave and coffee machine with a sink to wash your dishes. Also the pool area is nice. Please check it out if you like what you read. The only way to find out is if you try this hotel. Thank you for reading. :) Recommended. A++++

Typical high rise Hilton property which needs an updating. Stayed just one night to be off the strip as a pass through Vegas on our way to the Utah parks. Tried to find a decent Hilton property easy to get in and out of, which this property fits the bill. The problem is it’s in a poor location, in a semi rough area and has nothing good about it other than it’s a place for a quick stay. Another issue is we are Diamond Hilton members, and when we asked if there was a room upgrade, we were told by the desk person “we don’t have anything and if there was something, you’d have to pay a higher fee”. That was the most ridiculous answer I’ve heard since we know the hotel was lucky to be half full on a Thursday night. Can’t believe they would tell a loyal Hilton member such nonsense. May have to start being more loyal to Marriott properties after that experience. I would not recommend this Hilton property.
